About The LaBuda Advantage Team

In 1996, Jo-Anne LaBuda decided to build a team after realizing that she could no longer do the best job for her clients as a single agent.  Her idea was to assemble a team of specialists in every aspect of residential real estate.

Today the "LaBuda Advantage" is in the top 1% of Realtors in the United States and ranked #12 out of 7,000 agents in the Columbus area. in 2008  The team has been #1 in sales in Worthington for the past three years.

The LaBuda Advantage team consists of seven full-time professionals: a Team Leader, a Listing Specialist, two Buyer's Agents, a Marketing and Advertising Director, a Listing Coordinator and a Closing Coordinator.  We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service -- all for the same cost to the client as a single agent.

Our Listing Agents specialize in the northern arc of Columbus, which encompasses such communities as Worthington, Upper Arlington, Clintonville, Westerville, Dublin, Hilliard, New Albany, Powell and Southern Delaware County.  Our Buyer's Agents are well-versed in every part of the Columbus market including Bexley, Gahanna, Blacklick, German Village, Grandview and the rapidly growing Downtown area.

    Jo-Anne LaBuda, our Team Leader, has been in the real estate business for more than 27 years.  A Chicago native, she is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Realty Institute, a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified New Home Sales Professional and an Accredited Buyers Representative. Her professional affiliations include the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She is a Corporate Relocation Specialist, a member of the CBR Twenty-Five Million Dollar Club and is a yearly multi-million dollar producer.

    Lynn Nadler joined Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2004 as an independent agent and became a member of the LaBuda Advantage in January of 2007.  A licensed Realtor since 1994, Lynn is a graduate of Southest Misouri State University and holds a Master's degree from St. Louis University.  She is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a CBR Five Million Dollar Club member and has been the top single agent at KWCP four times.   Lynn is a Listing Specialist for our team, but she enjoys serving Buyers, as well.

    Erin LaBuda joined the LaBuda Advantage as a Buyer's Agent in 2003.  A graduate of Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business with a major in Marketing, Erin has held positions in sales and marketing for several major companies in the Detroit area.  She is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist.

    Nicki Campbell has served as Marketing and Advertising Director of the LaBuda Advantage since 1996.  A graduate of Bucknell University, she has spent more than 24 years in the field of advertising, 12 of them at Los Angeles Magazine, the flagship publication of the ABC Publishing Group, where she served as Advertising Director.  She also headed up the national advertising staff of ABC's Official Olympic Guide to Los Angeles the year of the 1984 Olympics.  Nicki is responsible for all aspects of marketing of our clients' properties, including print, direct mail and the Internet.

    Patti Minister has been a member of the LaBuda Advantage since early 1996.  A native of Worthington, she became the Closing Coordinator in 2001.  In this capacity, Patti follows the selling of each home from the signing of the contract to the closing. She handles all the details of each closing, setting up inspections, tracking the mountains of paperwork and making sure each transaction runs smoothly.

    Jenny Cooper joined Keller Williams Capital Partners as an independent agent in July of 2009 and became a member of the LaBuda Advantage team in 2010.  A graduate of Albion College in Michigan, she has lived in Columbus since 2004.  Her background includes work in manufacturing, interior design, home-building and rehabbing.  As a buyer's Agent for the team, Jenny will work with all kinds of buyers and will specialize in helping our Internet clients.  She lives in the Worthington area with her husband and three children.

    Penny Gowin has been with Keller Williams Capital Partners since 2004.  A graduate of Columbus State, she joined the LaBuda Advantage in the fall of 2005 and was promoted to Listing Coordinator in September of 2006.  Penny works closely with our sellers, preparing fact sheets, coordinating showings, monitoring feedback, continually updating area Realtors about our listings and handling the countless details involved in selling a home.
