What kind of properties are good candidates for auction?   Historic homes are ideal and Garth's is already handling a number of historicl properties around the state of Ohio.  Properties with substantial acreage, unique homes, rural estates and homes with desirable locations such as waterfront properties.  Garth's is not planning to handle foreclosures or "last resort" sales.  There are a number of other real estate auction services that are experienced in those kinds of auctions and do an excellent job with them.
