Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty, according Business First, is the most productive single office brokerage in the Columbus Board of Realtors. KWCP closed 1551 homes in 2007. The only two real estate companies in Central Ohio who closed more homes in 2007 respectively have 39 and 13 offices vs. the one office of Keller Williams Capital Partners.
 
Keller Williams Capital Partners was the first Keller Williams office to open in Ohio. It opened its doors in August 2002. It has attracted almost 160 highly productive and professional agents since that time.
