Is it really?

I have been talking recently to Realtors and owners parts of the country that deal in vacation or retirement properties.  They are ALL telling me that the prices are great in their areas for buyers.  Lake property, especially condominiums in the Lake Erie area, are really well priced right now including lakefront and lakeview.  Looking for a second or retirement home in Florida or the Southwest?  Interest rates are low, there are terrific tax benefits to owning a second home and the prices are incredible.
