Jo-Anne LaBuda, our Team Leader, has been in the real estate business for more than 26 years.  A Chicago native, she is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Realty Institute, a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified New Home Sales Professional and an Accredited Buyers Representative. Her professional affiliations include the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She is a Corporate Relocation Specialist, a member of the CBR Twenty-Five Million Dollar Club and is a yearly multi-million dollar producer.

Lynn Nadler joined Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2004 as an independent agent and became a member of the LaBuda Advantage in January of 2007.  A licensed Realtor since 1994, Lynn is a graduate of Southest Misouri State University and holds a Master's degree from St. Louis University.  She is an Accredited Buyers Representative, a CBR Five Million Dollar Club member and has been the top single agent at KWCP four times.   Lynn is a Listing Specialist for our team, but she enjoys serving Buyers, as well.

Jennie LaBuda joined the LaBuda Advantage Team as a Buyer's Agent in 2007.  A lifelong resident of Worthington, she is a graduate of Thomas Worthington High School, The Ohio State University and Hondros College.  Her work experience includes many years an an administrative assistant for the LaBuda Advantage.  Although she enjoys working with all types of clients, Jennie specializes in first-time home-buyers.

Nicki Campbell has served as Marketing and Advertising Director of the LaBuda Advantage since 1996.  A graduate of Bucknell University, she has spent more than 24 years in the field of advertising, 12 of them at Los Angeles Magazine, the flagship publication of the ABC Publishing Group, where she served as Advertising Director.  She also headed up the national advertising staff of ABC's Official Olympic Guide to Los Angeles the year of the 1984 Olympics.  Nicki is responsible for all aspects of marketing of our clients' properties, including print, direct mail and the Internet.

Patti Minister has been a member of the LaBuda Advantage since early 1996.  A native of Worthington, she became the Closing Coordinator in 2001.  In this capacity, Patti follows the selling of each home from the signing of the contract to the closing. She handles all the details of each closing, setting up inspections, tracking the mountains of paperwork and making sure each transaction runs smoothly.

Penny Gowin has been with Keller Williams Capital Partners since 2004.  A graduate of Columbus State, she joined the LaBuda Advantage in the fall of 2005 and was promoted to Listing Coordinator in September of 2006.  Penny works closely with our sellers, preparing fact sheets, coordinating showings, monitoring feedback, continually updating area Realtors about our listings and handling the countless details involved in selling a home.
