DUBLIN

A fast-growing area occupying more than 23 square miles on the banks of the Scioto River, Dublin is located on the northwest corner of Franklin County and is about 25 minutes from downtown Columbus. 

Dublin offers a wide variety of scenarios -- a historic old village with quaint shops and restaurants, an abundant supply of apartments and condominiums and a number of brand new luxury housing developments.  One of the best-known planned communities in Dublin is Muirfield Village, which was designed and developed by columbus native, Jack Nicklaus.  Built around two country clubs, Muirfield is the site of the annual Memorial tournament on the PGA Tour, which attracts thousands of visitors each year.  In addition to the country clubs, there are two pools for residents' use and extensive bike paths throughout Muirfield and the entire city of Dublin.
