Kelly Snyder brings a career's worth of sales and customer service leadership to real estate, with a background spanning retail and auto sales before he became a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Capital Partners in 2016. I've had positive collaborations with LaBuda Team in the past and most recently with Kelly Snyder, who once again delivered the impeccable service I have come to expect from the team. Kelly introduced himself to us by hearing what we had to say. He was available, responsive and tireless, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the home buying experience, from research and viewings to the offer, contract and closing. Great with relocations!
Being new to Ohio and the Columbus area, my husband and I did some initial scouting of potential areas where we wanted to live by attending weekend open houses. It was at two of these open houses where we met Kelly Snyder with the LaBuda Team. Kelly was great about answering our questions, not just about the houses he was showing when we met but about the area in general. After running in to him a second time, we knew he was the person to help us with our relocation to the area. Kelly was immediately responsive when we contacted him and asked him to help us with our official home search, and he never wasted one second helping us identify what we wanted and making sure we got in to see the homes we wanted right away. He also helped us navigate the real-estate process here, which is quite a bit different than the state where we used to live. We definitely could not have a found a better person to work with in our home search. Kelly helped make the process of home-buying as stress free as possible, helping us get the home that will suit both our needs and wants, which was no small feat. You couldn't go wrong with Kelly in your corner if you are looking to buy.

I would give them 10 out of five stars! Kelly was an amazing realtor! Throughout the entire process of my home sale, he was available, professional, knowledgeable and kept my best interest first. He went above and beyond as I am not local to help take care of preparing the home for sale. He was able to get an offer the first day it was live! We really love the LaBuda team and our realtor, Kelly Snyder. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable being 1st time home buyers. He guided us through the process and was super knowledgeable. He listened to what we needed and wanted out of home. He would ask us questions about houses we had seen that helped us process our feelings of the right fit so that when we made a purchase decision, we knew we were making the right decision for us and our needs. Buying a home is exciting and fun and scary and emotional (at least for me). And Kelly was right there with us the entire way. As an added bonus he made it fun. We truly looked forward to meeting him to see houses or to hop on a call. He has a natural way of interpreting what the buyer is going thru in that moment and coaching you on the home-buying process.
